First Blog

Well, time for my first blog. Last night, at 23:12, I completed my bachelor's degree. What a relief! After 12 years, I'm finally done and do not need to look back. I also go the news that I will be accepted to Xavier's MBA program for January 2005. Two more years of hard study and work.

I also recently accepted the invitation to be a table leader for the Cincinnati Chrysalis Boy's walk in January 2005. I really look forward to the opportunity to be a part of this spiritual effort. I was on Boy's Walk #10 in Piqua, OH, Table of the Dirty Half-Dozen. It was a great experience in my youth, and it's a special event that I want to pass on to others.

Today was a rough day though. My meezer Chip ended up at the pet hospital. He has become very ill and very dehydrated, and the vet was not sure what he had. He will be there for two days, and hopefully will begin to recover. My fear is that he has picked up an expensive or terminal illness that will be impossible for us to take care of for him. I really do not want to lose my boy, so I am praying and hoping he will pull through okay. In the meantime, I will be keeping a close watch on my other kitties to make sure they do not develop the same symptoms.
